Yes. Support like counselling, safe shelter, and guidance is available whether or not you choose to involve the police. The decision to report is yours, and we help you understand your options either way.

You can reach out to us for information on menstrual health, contraception, pregnancy, consent, and any questions about your body,  no concern is too small or embarrassing. Our helpline offers a safe, non-judgmental space to ask and learn.

Yes, confidentiality is central to how we work,  what you share stays between you and our team unless you choose otherwise. You're in control of who knows and what happens next.

Yes, you can call or contact us for guidance even if the person facing violence hasn't reached out themselves. We can help you understand how to support them safely.

Yes, our support extends beyond domestic situations to workplace and community-based violence as well. This includes guidance on POSH-related concerns.

No, our services are free of cost. Financial constraints should never be a reason someone stays in an unsafe situation or goes without support.
